It was indeed a wonderful (if hot) day and we were so glad you and Char could be there to share it with us. If you thought it was hot that day, it got even worse since then. I don't remember ever going through a summer this bad. BTW - the salad is called tabbouleh and I agree, it was very good. Also, kudos to a great website. It's well-planned, clean-looking and easy to navigate. I spend a good portion of my time at work doing research on the Internet and have learned to appreciate a good website.
