The punk band Supernova has filed a lawsuit against the Reality TV show Rock Star: Supernova claiming they have the rights to the name.

The complaint was filed June 27 in U.S. District Court and claims unfair competition and trademark infringement. The suit seeks to bar the show and its participants from using the Supernova name, reports AP.

In response to Tommy Lee’s comment, “I want to see more of you,” Patrice told Tommy Lee1, “I’ve got six letters for you: Google.”
